WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We currently offer shipping within UK mainland only. All orders over £60 qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

For home decor objects under £60, there is a £7 shipping fee. Orders will be dispatched within 5 business days using Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature. You will be notified by email when your items dispatch and you can expect to receive your items within 2 business days after dispatch.

For made-to-order art prints under £60, there is a £5 shipping fee. Please allow up to 14 business from the time of placing your order to the time you’ll receive your package. Once we receive your order back from our printing partners, your art is packed and shipped in a protective cardboard tube using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. You will be notified by email when your items dispatch and you can expect to receive your items within 2 business days after dispatch.

HUMBL BUBBL aims to process and dispatch all orders in a timely manner using Royal Mail postal services. Ship ping delays are hugely disappointing to us. However, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, postal strikes or during busy times like Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer. If you have not received your delivery within the above specified times, please contact us at hello@humblbubbl.co.uk

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to update the address on an order once it has been placed. Please ensure all order details and shipping information are correct before finalising your purchase.

Orders

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You’ll receive an order confirmation when you place your order and a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched. You can also check the status of your order on the orders page of your account. Please allow 24 hours for the order information to be updated.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

At this time, we are unable to make any changes or edits to orders, including shipping addresses. Please ensure all order details and shipping information are correct before finalising your purchase.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

At this time, we are unable to cancel any orders once they are placed on maedbeauty.com. Please ensure all order details and shipping information are correct before finalising your purchase.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?

If you receive the wrong product, please reach out to us at hello@humblbubbl.co.uk, and we will promptly resolve the issue for you

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@humblbubbl.co.uk. Be sure to include a photo of the damaged item and your order number. To help us assist you quickly, please report any damage within 48hrs of delivery.

Returns

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At HUMBL BUBBL, we stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 28 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including their original packaging. While we are pleased to refund your product, shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

To initiate a return, kindly contact us at hello@humblbubbl.co.uk, and we will provide you with personalised assistance. Please note, we are unable to accept returns for products sold as part of a set. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

If your return request is approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt, to the same card details used when making the purchase. Depending on your bank’s policy, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at hello@humblbubbl.co.uk. We’ll be happy to assist you in finding the right product, and if available, we can arrange for an exchange. Please note that return shipping charges may apply.
